Why We Built This Site
Georgia gives the public broad access to court and agency records, but the path through Fulton County is split across several custodians. The Clerk of Superior and Magistrate Courts handles felony, family, and major civil case records. State Court handles misdemeanors and traffic. Probate Court runs estates, guardianship, and marriage records. The Sheriff manages the jail roster and warrant execution. This site pulls together the contact details, search portals, fee schedules, and request steps for each of these offices into one Fulton-focused place.
